Elissa Hill is associate vice president at Signature 57, a Philadelphia-based strategic communications firm, where she has supported Philadelphia Soccer 2026 for more than three years.
With a career rooted in strategic communications and public engagement, Elissa leads initiatives that connect major civic moments with the communities they serve. In her work supporting Philadelphia Soccer 2026—the city’s host committee for the FIFA World Cup 26™—she focuses on media relations, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement to help position Philadelphia on the global stage.
Beyond the World Cup, Elissa has guided communications strategies for a range of high-profile civic and cultural initiatives, including the launch of Rocky Day 2023 and RockyFest 2024, the successful campaign to Save the Wanamaker Light Show, and now Philadelphia250’s Block Party Bonanza—an initiative celebrating neighborhood pride in the lead-up to the nation’s 250th anniversary. Known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail, she specializes in crafting narratives that resonate with audiences while elevating organizational visibility and impact.
Elissa is a proud Penn Stater and has served on the Bellisario College of Communications Alumni Society Board. She is currently vice president of the Public Relations Society of America’s Philadelphia chapter.
