About me
Hayley is the Chief Programs Officer at the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia. Hayley is a senior-level nonprofit manager with a proven track record in developing, implementing, and overseeing impactful educational programs, exchanges, and projects focused on international affairs and cultural understanding. She oversees strategy, development, and implementation for all of World Affairs’ programs, including its public programs, youth programs, professional exchanges, professional education, and sub-national diplomacy. Outside of work, Hayley serves on the Board of Directors for the Global Philadelphia Association and on the British American Business Council of Greater Philadelphia. She has traveled to over 50 countries, hosting tour groups to Cuba, Italy, the Baltics, and Madagascar, having studied in Turkey, Argentina, and Italy, and supporting people-to-people diplomacy efforts in places like Japan, Germany, Honduras, and Tanzania.
