Councilmember Isaiah Thomas serves as a Councilmember At-Large, in leadership as Council's Majority Whip, and as chairman of the Education and Legislative Oversight committees. Throughout the past two years, Councilmember Thomas has spearheaded City Council's first Content Creator program, utilizing online changemakers' reach and voice to expound on key office and Council initiatives, as well as foster civic dialogue and engagement. He is a Philadelphia native who hails from the Northwest section of the city and has served on City Council since 2020.
